Just jump in and drive after a clutch change, though note it "may" take some getting use to, my new clutch on my mondeo was a little snatchier to start with

Juddery clutch anyone?
Hmmm, I love the smell of burnt clutch in the morning.
Serious technical barble: Clutch works likes a brake pad and disc and needs to be bedded in the same manner. As the machined surfcae on the plates and flywheel don't match that of the friction compound. The result is that whole surface area is not being used efficiently until it is bedded in, and thus can create localised overheating, causing excess slipping, warping, and damage to the friction surfaces.
Bottom line: When at junction or red traffic lights...use the f***ing handbrake!! Holding the car on a hill with the clutch is probably the main reason why your last clutch died a premature death.

Right i see, just like 30mins ago i took my mum out shoping & i just turned into the main road.. & the lights had just turned green, as i took off in 2nd gear cuming out into the new road i accelerated abit fast 2 beat the lights & my car just went abit mad & thru me back into my seat & back to how i was siting in the first place..
I really did sh*t myself thinking what the f*ck was that !!! looks like im gona have 2 go onto the nice long M1 for a chill out drive on the slow lane !

It's not how fast you drive, it's how brutal are you with the clutch. You can drive as fast as you like, just don't side step it or do any fast standing starts for a few hundred miles (or hold on the hill at red lights).
Driving all day on the motorway won't bed in the clutch (as your not using it ). Well, unless its roadworks and your stuck in start/stop traffic during rush hour.

See what it is right.. When im driving with my foot only being on the acceleration peddle & when im going fast out of nowhere the car just throws me back into my seat out of nowhere then comes back into acceleration!
Its really hard to describe this problem, Its like a SHARP stop out of nowhere & back into acceleration again I don’t know what the hell this problem is but its started 2 really F me off !

Hmm, think I might know what your on about now. Is your check engine light on?
Sounds like your hitting what is known as the fuel cut, cuased by too much boost pressure. It's possible the pipes for the turbo and boost solonoid may have been disturbed and need checking.
Last time that happened to me the connector on the airflow MAF sensor has come loose, so that maybe worth checking too.
