From what I've heard manufacturers generally quote a lower figure, so most cars are higher than that - have a look at some of the results on the dyno pages:

Pretty much all the standard ones get more than the manufacturer's figures.
This may be because they'd get into trouble if they sold you something that didn't get that much on a rolling road - although I guess they could wangle their way out of that by claiming the temperature/humidity etc. wasn't suitable.
Also, they (manufacturers) may only test new engines, whereas worn-in ones have loosened up and often produce more.
