yeah, ok here goes had our daughters b-day party at the local monkey maze, when it came to eating the food it was cold so i refused to pay at the end for it(did tell them this after they had brought it out) to which we were told they had checked the food was warm before they brought it to the table, when i asked to see the temp logs in there book the cook had taken it home, so i said i would return tomorrow to see them.obviously they can now fabricate the numbers so i'm after finding out where i stand legaly with refusing to pay. they have had a deposit of us.

Personally I can't see them taking it any further purely because of the cost in doing so. I'm no expert so give this link a good read, you will probably find something you can use.

Might also be worth your while looking on the Trading Standards web site as well.
