Supecharged scoob???
#3
Lad from around here spent thousands importing and fitting a supercharger to his sport model! Didn't see the point, as he claimed he wanted a stealth scooby, yet the power was crap, around 50hp more than standard, and he then had a sti5 wing on and p1 front lip! Not very stealthy! Buy a turbo, cheaper and more performance in the long run

The Americans seem to like superchargers. Though I dunno if there's a particular kit. Have a look on Welcome to NASIOC.com - North American Subaru Impreza Owners Club - News . Look in Aftermarket forced induction or for posts by REDDEVIL.
If you want extra horsies and virtually no lag etc. An s/c may be a good way to go. To do it properly though, you'd need an i/c, engine management and a good exhaust. To say nothing of sorting out the pipework, belts and pulleys in the first place.
