Default 4 pot

Im told that getting rid of my 2 pot calipers for a set of 4 pot would be well worth doing is it realy as easy a swapping them over? also do i need to upgrade the rears i have a wrx classic on a 95

Dead easy mate, take the old ones off and fit the new ones, you will need discs and pads to suit the 4 pots. Don't do what I did and fit the calipers the wrong way up the bleed nipple needs to go to the top.

Not sure about the rears but they don't do that much work so should be fine.

what size wheels have you got?
you will need 16's to fit over the 4pots

Have you thought about going for some STI Brembo's on the front? I know someone who is selling a full set.

The subaru 4 pots are better that the two pots, but the sti front brembos are the way to go for the money and not much dearer than the 4 pots second hand.

Will the brembo sti fit st8 on like the 4 pot will or is there more work involved?

I fitted mine upside down too, they dont bleed up very well do they

Is it recommended to change the brake master cyclinder from a later car if you are upgrading your 2 pot to 4 pot brakes?
