When I had gold wheels I had some nice golden caps to go with them. They only lasted a couple of days though, two went missing, strange that! I threw the other two in the bin, If I can't have them neither can they, the boogers!

It happens all the time to most people, have never understood why really

We have had a couple of nice locking sets nicked too, gets annoying because some of them aren't that cheap

So gone back to the boring black ones now

some people stick a bit of that threadlock on to try and thwart the young scotes, no fun if you want to inflate your tyres though!

I collared a lad one day, he had a dozen black ones in his pocket.I said "what do you nick them for?" He said "It's just a laugh Innit?" I thought yeah! hillarious! He didn't see the funny side when he had to go round all the different cars and put them back on!

Some nice alloy valves and dust caps, finish off the wheels, but its just not worth it. They will disappear sooner or later. I have had several sets nicked and just dont bother any more. Little BAST***S

Never mind, you could have had two whole scoobs nicked like me. That might put it into perspective, slightly.

I have these and they do work. had a set of chrome ones nicked, got spin-cap replacements... You can see finger marks in the dirt where the thieving tw@ts have tried to remove them, but so far they have lasted 4 months!

Yeah the spinning caps as better, I could just imagine the "Thick TW**S" sitting there for hours trying to un-screw them with their thiefing little mitts.

Thinking about it though, if they can't get them off what damage will they do to the car to say "Sod you".

i used to look out for gold ones when i was a kid as i had gold araya aero rims and looked the doggies with some old guys gold dice caps from their car its a kid thing....i had a set of volkd rays ones on my skyline that came as new with the wheels and still had them after 8 months...but saying that, there arent many kids where i live that would do that..its a sleepy fishing town. urban areas/bigger towns and cities are so much worse for it !! bubba po, just read you got two cars blagged now thats worth moaning about ! hope all is well though !

The Lord... she works in mysterious ways. I used to have a rather bulky set of shiny caps on one of my other cars. One day I noticed they'd been swapped... but for a much sleeker set, which I still have (just not on the Scooby).
