Why do i keep seeing clear head lights on blobeye scoobys mines an 03 and it has orange indicators in them?

 

Cos orange is naff and most like to de-tango.

Totally cleans up the front of the whole car in my opinion.

 

it does it looks mint! i thought people were buying these,im goner do mine soon.

 

You can make a nice pair of "Pat Butcher" ear rings out of these once you have drilled some holes in them for some hooks :-

Don't forget you will need some WY21W 12V 21W Silver Vision indicator bulbs to go with this mod. When unlit, the silver coating blends into the shiny reflector, but when lit, it flashes orange to comply with all the legal requirements.

JDM STI's come with clear lights as standard - no modding required

 

no they dont mine had orange bits in when i imported it !!!

 

they do from 04 onwards at least - have a look at those on the litchfield websites. Mine came over brand new detangoed

 

Mines an 03 and was de-tango'd when new... well kinda.. had orange bulbs in...

BTW if you're taking the trouble of removing the orange bits, why do you also not matt black the inner bits?

Looks so much nicer than having all that chrome cak in there!

Graphite greyed my internals but satin black also looks the business!!
