hi all im wanting an up pipe saw this on ebay 250071506477 ,any one fitted one ,would like to know if there any good,and does fitting a stainless pipe change the sound any??????????

 

You need to make sure the inside dia is not to big or your exhaust gases will lose velocity/speed and you could make the car worse rather than better, ie more laggy.

Do a search for Harvey Smith on here, he does very good up-pipes of the correct dia. I think mine cost around 130 quid but they are heat wrapped and slip jointed.

I've fitted an up pipe that looks very simular to this pipe. Its that close i would say its the same pipe. I bought it from jdmhonda off ebay (Us based) and i paid almost half that price for it (£48 + £15 p&p). It came with new bolts and both gaskets and was a perfect fitment for the oe piece.

No difference in the sound the only difference I noticed was that it improved my spool up time, but that was due to my old up pipe leaking bigtime.
