Im helping my lass fill in a application form its says do you have any motoring convictions in the last 6 years and the name and date of the court, she has never been to court but has a fix penalty for speeding sp30 on her licence i have told her to answer no as its not a conviction as such and only a fixed penalty, but she is insisting i ask on here to clarify.

 

its still a conviction - thoough the forms dont usually ask for the court?
....just clarify its an SP30
