Its not necessarily a con. Think about it, if he buys the car here he has to insure it to drive in the Uk. If Daz gets it to the Boat it only need Insuring for Said Country surely. Daz i WILL kick your *** if you sell it anyway

Most UK insurance now covers Europe for no extra cost. Therefore wouldn't Sweedish insurance cover use in the UK?

It is not a con!!!
I can vouch for this guy called Klas! And i think Steven D can vouch for me also.

Regarding the insurance, it is not possible for a swedish person to insure a car that has not been registered in sweden. And you can't insure the car before it is on swedish ground.

Best Regards,

Ps. Sorry for my poor english. DS

Why not sell it to a guy that is a genuine buyer?

This is the car i bought: https://www.scoobynet.com/private-sa...ck-8950-a.html

I also helped my friend buy a Type R V-Limited a while ago :https://www.scoobynet.com/private-sa...oing-time.html

So you can see that i am a serious person and so is this guy called Klas.

Rgds,
Mats

I don't think it will be a con. You just need to set the terms i.e. he gets the car from you. I sold my first WRX early last year to a couple from Northern Ireland and we literally agreed the sale over the phone after he'd seen a couple of photos!!! I got him to come to the nearest airport where I picked him up, he OK'd the car, paid me in cash and drove off.

It is slightly different Northern Ireland Vs Sweden - thats my thoughts anyway. I would be cautious, but I guess that is me.
