definate improvement fella!

Just keep an eye out for condensation appearing, obviously i missed a tiny area when re-sealing and my near side lamp has some standing fog

I went a step further though and sprayed the silver/chrome surround black on mine, looks

See i thought about doing this, I have exact same car, but with a splitter and wr1 grill, and I thought that it took away all the colour from the car.

I dunno whether to go for the detango, or leave as is. Sigh!

As people have already said, and will carry on saying, "Looks a hell of a lot better".

Not done it on mine, too scared of buggering it up, with them not sealing properley again.

Top marks though for your efforts.

For those thinking about doing it.

Take a deep breath, don't get impatient, take your time & don't force anything. If it doesn't come apart easily there is a reason. A bead of silicone sealant around the join when reassembling won't go amiss either.

I am actually trying to eliminate the 'girly' pink lol. I'm currently trying to source someone that can supply the standard size and style stickers and badges but in silver....

Gold wheels are also going for some silver ones..

Thanks for all yor comments, Watch this space.... more mods to come ;-)

Depends where you get you car mot'ed,if you use a garage that cares about its customers, then they simply put your headlight on full beam and cover with a paper towel to cure the problem!

i will be resealing mine when we have our first dry day in 2 months
