The fins on the intercooler on my P1 are quite badly damaged. I've been looking around for a 2nd hand one, but not really found any in decent condition so far. Is it possible for the fins on mine to be replaced, ie, have the cooler refurbished? If so does anyone know where this can be done?

How badly damaged? I bent quite a few of mine and just used a toothpick to straighten them back up as best i could.

 

They are prettly badly damaged and and all mashed together. Any one know about having it refurbed?

 

The fins are an integral part of the intercooler. You need to either straighten them or replace the whole thing.

 

Try Dave at API, the have breakers and may have one.
