Exclamation

Ok, im not one for claiming my new spoiler gave me an extra 50 bhp or my new boost gauge improved my o-60 etc...

However, I had Toyo proxes fitted on my 18's and they are unreal in the wet. I gave it some "serious" abuse tonight and they really stick! Accellerating round roundabouts, fairly hard and it didn't step out. Also hit a giant puddle on the M27 (didn't see it coming) and sailed straight through...

Had Falkens previously and compared to these they were useless...

Probably been said before...

I 100% agree M8
Went from 16" PZero's to 18" Toyo T1-S's & the difference is unreal in the wet & the dry. Its a different car in regards to grip levels.

MB - what Falken's did you have?

I'm going back to the FK-451's when I refit my summer wheels (17").....'cos I don't like the Toyos...especially in the wet, lol!

Get a set of SO2's and you'll think your Yokos are crap.

DB - He lives!

I don't like my Toyos, I preferred the old SO2s I had. I don't think the Toyos grip in the wet is as good. In the dry they are fine, only running on 17"s though...

Toyo, Toyo, Toyo! gives you some idea that I might like them myself! they stick well in the wet and dry and they are, compared to other performance tyres pretty cheap, well, for me on my good ol 16 inchers! will deffo have another set when the time comes.

Mark!mark!mark! still modding huh:-)

Good choice of rubber, I now run YOKO AVS 225 35 18 very pleased, did not have a choice as they came with the wheels, I do pref them to Toyo & So's however I will be going back to Toyo subject to the prices of the YOKO's.

See you around

I have S02's on my wagon but used a set of Toyo's at Bedford last week. No contest, Toyo's aren't THAT good.

I've just changed from SO2's to Toyos.

The Toyos seem good, but not quite as good as the SO2's were.

Mind you, I've probably not done enough mileage on them yet, so they're probably not fully "run in".
