hi john,you can buy them off ebay for about 50 quid,its a little geared mechanism that fits behind your speedo between that and the speedo cable .it comes with a sticker to put over your kph sign to say mph.basicly your limiter is an electronic divise which kicks in around 180kph/112 mph.once youve put this device in place it will kid your limiter into thinking your doing kph not mph .in other words when your doing 140mph the car thinks your doing 14okph.it wont kick in as long as your car dosnt hit 180 mph.easy really
