Bulb or whole unit?
If it's the whole unit then the usual thing is to fit Morettes (there's loads of stuff about these if you use Search)
If it's just the bulb then tricky but not too bad, if you remove the battery or the air intake to improve access. I've used Phillips Vision Plus lights for a bit and they're better. Halfords have a 2 for 1 offer on bulbs at the mo. Could be worth al look
