Well after currently smoking about in a MY99 Classic i was fortunate to be handed the keys to a MY06 Spec C.
having never driven anything other than my 99 Classic i was taken aback when at our Smacs RR day at Prosport, PCM who owns Performance Centre Manchester
kindly let me have a quick spin of his baby (as well as anyone else who asked)
What can i say???? what a car - totally different to what i was expecting, super smooth and super quick and the whole car just felt solid and glued to the road, although i did not push it i'm sure my limits would be a lot lower than this car. Torque was incredible it was just whoomp then gone and having come from modified classic brakes - **** me the brakes on this are just unreal, i swear my eyeballs were gonna come out of their sockets.
i got out and Juggers knew by the feckin' silly stupid grin on my face i was hooked - thing is i'm sat here thinking what i can sell/finance to afford a car like this. Everyone else was of the same opinion - even those who had stepped out of their new age STI's said it was worlds apart
Big thanks to Juggers at PCM for letting me have a go
and (free plug here) if you are in the market for a Spec C give him a call - top bloke, and i'm sure he'll let you take it round the block.
cheers.

I got to admit, i still remember going the the Earls court motor show when they first put the "Bug-eye" on display, and my heart sinking. But over the past 4 years iv seen a big change and very good improvement to the scooby range.
Iv grown to love the new shape as much as the classic, i wish you the best in getting your Spec C.

I bought my Spec C from PCM/Juggers. Fecking great car (!) & a big
to Juggers as he was really great throughout the whole buying process ie from paying deposit when car was still at the auction in Japan all the way through to handing me the keys a few months later. He has Spec C's in stock NOW so get yourselves over there & buy one!!
