Default Difference between MY06 and MY07

As title really buying a 2007 WRX and was wondering what the differences are between that and a 2006 model. Its a parallel and has side air bags.
Any alarm advice would also be appreciated as I have to get a cat 1 for it.

Sounds too good to be true! Do you know if these are UK cars or imports? (if imports, would they be UK spec, and would my local dealer turn his nose up at warranty work for an import?)

ps. just noticed that it's £14095 plus £150 for someone to drive it to you (and thrash it!) or £300 for a transporter. Still cheap though.

Getting one from them too, £14748 with side airbags and a sunroof in urban grey. The cheaper version has no side Airbags and no Met paint. They will also let you collect. Roll on the 1st March

Im not a sales man for them or anything, i just like to see people getting a good deal. It will be a euro import, UK spec so no insurance issues and it will have a pan-european warranty which has to be honoured by UK dealers. All you have to do is follow the service schedule, 1k, 3k, 9k, then every 9k after that. Oh ye, and the price i quoted was for a car with metallic paint, and you can pick it up yourself to avoid spending £300! I paid 16k for my euro import a year ago and i had a great deal then, i would without a doubt do it again!!
Cheers,
Ian

Mine is a Euro import - registered with IM, told to follow the UK service intervals ie 1K, 10 K / 12 months , 20 K / 24 months etc

Not sure where the 3K service comes in !!

Tony.
Its something to do with service schedules in Malta, over there it needs to be serviced every 3k I spoke to Subaru and they told me to follow the service schedules with the * next to it in the service book so that the warranty remains valid in the UK. To be honest i think it depends on who you talk to, im happy with every 9k though. Oh ye, some are after 10k, every other i think

Also note that the MY07 WRX has no rear spoiler whatsoever , they are an optional extra.

I think thats only on cars sold in the UK, I would have been happier without it anyway since the first thing i did was replace it.
