Sounds to good to be true and prob is, unless its crash damaged and repaired etc,

go and see it and take someone with you, No cash though until you are sure its not a set up, also HPi etc.

Fishy as Salmon i reckon.

There have been a lot of cars on Fleebay latley of different marques and all have been around 4k which obviously indicates a scam.

Yep plenty of Honda type Rs for around 4 grand when the going rate is 8 grand. I may buy one with my other ebay account and see what happens

i like how it has had 5 owners since 2003...!!!
and it has 5 doors ??? uh that would make it a wagon ??

would love to see the outcome on this one..might even email the guy for some answers

lol i emailed him. i said bluntly 'how come its so cheap?' and he went through a big story trying to convince me on how its ok. apparently you have to pay import duties on it on top because it in hungary i think. and for some reason he thinks i want to buy it. he said email me back to sort out when you want to push things forward. muppet! lol

Why do you even give that price the time of day. I take one look at that, one look at the price and then move along. It's worth no more thought than that as it is 99.99999999% certain to be a scam.

Beware i asked for more details on rs focus that price was £4000 and in london but can't remember the guys user name but the reply that was supposed to be more pics of the rs turned out to be the same rs pics plus a load of random crap and a virus as pc crashed violently afterwards.. BEWARE.....

I've heard about people going to buy the cars they win on eBay and then get 'done over' by a gang and the cash robbed from them.

Its a scam they are doing loads of cars for silly money all have no feed back i emailed a cosworth for 5000 grand a white one, that is being sold by 2 different user names offered him cash told me car is in germany so i could not see it and that once the cheque had cleared he would ship it over i said i would collect and drive it back he said no
