Thumbs up Got Myself An 04 JDM STi , WooHoo!!

As the title says really , picked it up yesterday & am loving it ! Been away from the Scooby scene for a couple of years , sold my Classic , bought a Cupra R & now I'm back.
For all those who have flashed me as I went past and got little response, no I'm not mad or ignoring you , but I keep doing the windscreen wipers instead of the lights! The stalks are on different sides! I've been managing to get the wave in though.
I must currently have the cleanest windscreen in the country as everytime I go to indicate, on come the Bl**dy wipers.
Apart from that It's lovely & can't wait to go to a few meets & stuff.

If you get the alternator wet your looking at 6-700 quid for a new one as they have a nice computer in there that doesnt agree with getting wet and it can take several months for the problem to arise.... dont wash the engines on these cars.

We were careful with all the electrics, including the alternator, did exactly the same on this as I have done on my MY03 STi for the last 2 years with no issues so far.

Thanks for the alert though.
