Is 56,000 high mileage?
Hey all,
I've got my eye on an 02 WRX with PPP which has done 55,000 miles. It recently had it's cambelt changed (at 50k I believe). Now, I'm assuming scoobies can do -alot- more mileage than that before clapping out, but before buying the car I'd just like to double check with you scooby experts. Is buying a scooby with over 50k miles on the clock a bad idea? Or is it perfectly sane.
Cheers in advance!

If it's got FSSH and the owner loved their car (mods etc) you should be pretty safe.
The AA/RAC offer a service where they will go over it with a fine toth comb, for a price obviously.
Good Luck.

Hey guys, thanks!
yea, it's in absolutely -mint- condition, only 2 owners from new (both over 40 and very sensible), full SSH, and my mechanic mate checked it out and said it's fine. That's great then guys, i'll be sending my deposit over tomorrow can't wait! Cheers again.
