Question Contact Subaru Japan

Does anyone know how to contact Subaru in Japan? O and in English by the way.
I need a code number for my car to get a new key with transponder, have tried a number of UK dealers and they in turn have e-mailed Subaru UK with No luck.

Thanks guys

Darren
