Apologies for the Outage

Sorry guys and gals. We made a few significant changes today towards sorting the speed issues out, and only expected to be down for 30 seconds or so.

Unfortunately it was slightly longer than that!!

Sorry.. this was a one-off and isn't something to worry about for the future.
