Red face

I am in rhe middle of putting on a new downpipe without a cat.

And i have a massive threaded hole near the turbo end.
My old downpipe has not got this hole.

Any ideas on what i do??
Do i put a bolt into it to blank it??

Many Thanks
Scott

That's where the lambda sensor goes.

What year car is it?

You probably have a sensor down the bottom, where the pipe bends.... on my car (MY95 WRX) the sensor at the bottom is a cat sensor of some description, not need cos there is not cat - remove ithe sensor.

The big hole up by the turbo is the lamba (sp?) sensor for the later cars...... if your car is around the same time as mine, blank it off.

hope this helps

Cheers

Paul
