I think Steve Warren's advice is sound. Could go either way. If it goes badly, make sure you get a decent solicitor.

Nothing will happen mate. Relax. I had the exact same happen to me a few months back only i was racing another impreza wrx. Lets just say we were absolutely canning down the road. I slow. Other impreza goes for it. Cop car flies up behind me. Follows me for a while. We hit a duel carridgeway. He overtakes goes after him. I turn off thinking hehe!!! Ive got away with it. Look in my mirror and there, sat a way back is an undercover volvo tailing me. I drive off slowly pretending i dont notice him and after a while he dissappears. So i drive back down onto the road where i find the other scooby pulled up. Surely a ban. Now what i cant figure out is why he gets it and i dont after all i was still travelling very fast when the T5 came up behind me and before that i was doing the same speed as the other scooby. BEATS ME!! Lets just say ive never been so scared in my life. Was waiting then for about a month for something in the post, but nothing turned up. I bet that was a sight for the copper. Two flashes of light foot flat down. I bet his car shook with the wind force. :-)

You should be ok if he didnt pull you there and then mate.

Just had a thought - has any driver of scoobynet been busted on Wed 5th for speeding on the A1?

Was the scooby that the police went for one of you guys?

Today around 11PM I saw 2 cars being flashed on the A1 by a police
car. They both appeared to be doing around 90MPH or so.

One thing that struck me was that one car exited off a junction and
parked on the hard should there and the other car carried on and
parked up on the hard shoulder straight ahead.

The police car then parked between the reservation and the officers
rushed over to the car who hard parked on the exit.

I then saw the other car who had parked straight ahead go on leave
after it seemed that the police approached the other driver.

Out of curiosity does that mean only one driver gets convicted?
