Default wich gps?

i am looking to buy my first sat nav and i could do with a bit of help of which one to buy,its between a tom tom go 710 or garmin nuvi 350.

i have used a tt go 700 on a trip to france and i thought it was pretty good, however it doesnt work in jersey, channel islands so if i bought the 710 i wouldnt be able to familiarise myself with it before any trips away, i believe its to do with the maps it uses.

so basically i am thinking of buying a nuvi 350 or tt go710 for european trips (mainly france) and trips to the uk,so any help would be appreciated.
thanx

You've got to go for the 910 see the following link for the best prices! Its around £278 at the mo.

Find Deals for Favourite GPS Systems

The 910 actually tells you the road name i.e take the next left onto High Street rather than just take the next left, this means you will rarely ever need to look at the sat nav making for a safer drive!!

Consider a Mio C710e.

(or save £100 and get the C510e and a 1GB SD card, to put the europe maps on it).

There's a review in What PC i think, don't have thread handy, but it is better than the TT710.
