It depends on how much you want still "standard" from the WRX. I know Ninnybobs got into the high 300s with standard internals, gearbox etc, think he may be up to 400 now but don't know if he broke something. I also remember RB5Scott had got to mid 380s on standard internals on his UK300 (reinforced gearset, clutch etc by that point), tunes it a bit more going for the magic "400" and wrote off no 4 piston (and it still made 346ish on the dyno with a hole in the piston, still remember that day pretty well!)

lol i remember too
It all depend what you call a WRX at the end of the day. In the end my car had a sTI 6 speed, STI 2.5 ( worse move i ever made with the car) and god knows what else but then i probably would'nt really call it a WRX. I would say my car was still a WRX when it was on the PAR 5 speed and 2 litre, at that point it was running 382bhp on PE rollers for quite some time. Its only when i put the manifold on it and got it re-mapped for 1.5 bar to the redline that it melted the piston. I would of said that it was easily 400bhp then but did'nt last long 346bhp on 3 cylinders ain't bad though

Not mega power, but as mentioned above still running original standard internals and gearbox.
403/375 with currently 80k+ miles on the clock.
I'm happy, but it's starting to feel a little tired.

In all honesty I don't know what mine is achieving as it's never been near a rolling road. Pat guestimated, based on the maths that he does, that it was around the 500 mark. Having a PPG dog box built at the mo with Modena front and center diffs by Zen, so the boost can be increased from the current 1.4 bar.
Don't really feel the car can be described as a WRX anymore, engine a CDB bored and re-linered (sp) to 2.5 with proper internals.
It will be going on the rollers for the next map, so we shall have to see
