Impreza Wrx RA questions

Impreza Wrx RA questions
Hi everybody.
I have a two questions about my Japanese Wrx Ra -96.
Does everybody know how many of them ever where producted, I called the Swedish MOT and the wanted some papers that the car was massproduced. The papers cost about 215 £ and that really sucks.
The other question I have is that when I bought my car in UK, the V5 papers didnt have data on horsepowers, how much gas the tank will hold and model year. The MOT also wanted papers on this, but agreed that if I had a owners manual then they could use that insteed of papers from International Motors (that also cost very much) I have someone tryed the Owners manuals on Impreza 93-98 on ebay. Like this:

If you have one of these, are the horsepowers, enginenumber and tankvolume written down in that book for a Wrx RA -96?
The MOT doesnt have any other oldage Wrx in there computer, thats why they`re so greedy
