Default 3" downpipe from 98 on my 95

Just looking to fit a 3" downpipe on my95 from a 98 but it's got a 3 wire lambda at the top & mine has a 2 wire post cat please help should tap the downpipe & use my old lambda or buy a new 2 wire larger lambda or scrap the lambda as i've been told it's not needed on my car

If you are running a CAT on a 95 you should have a lambda sensor in the collector at the bottom of the down pipe, visible from under the car, at the front, inward of the front wheel.
What you have at or after the CAT is a CAT on fire sensor which will be redundant with the 3" open neck D/P.
Remove the sensor from your collector and pull back the harness sufficient to locate the sensor in your new down pipe. Blank the threaded hole in the collector.
