![Question](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Had an item sent from the US several weeks ago and according the the USPS tracking number the 'item cleared customs at 1:53am on March 06, 2007..', so can someone advise, would this be UK customs and how do I go about finding more out..?
Cheers,
Jason

Hi,
This may not be much help but I had a parcel sent from the U.S. a couple of weeks ago via USPS. The tracker said the same as yours-cleared customs etc. then changed a couple of days later to "we attempted to deliver your parcel on...... at .... time." My parents swore blind that nobody tried to deliver anything that day! The next day I had a letter dated two days previous (i.e. the day before they alledgedly tried to deliver) saying that my parcel was being held at Coventry parcelforce depot awaiting payment of customs and handling charges.
Don't know which parcelforce depot would cover Birmingham, it may be Coventry.
