Gentle heat (hairdryer if you dont have a heat gun), and a blunt plastic scraper (credit card).

Any residue can be cleaned off with WD40 or Autogylm bug and tar remover, you'll need a good polish and wax after this though but its could for getting the sticky crap off

Used a hot air gun on mine to which they fell off pretty much. also hardly left any residue so was mainly a polish around the edges.....

I use a hair dryer to heat the stickers up, then I pick at the sticker with my fingernail and remove the sticker. Once removed, I use Megs Scratch X to remove the resdue, but thats after I have washed the car

A bit more brutal, but I just removed the decals from my rented instructing car before returning it and used a steam iron Tied an old t-shirt around it so it had a nice soft surface and used plenty of steam. Got the lot off in under 2 hours with almost no residue. White spirit stripped the last bit of glue residue and a quick Meguiars NXT had it like new

Lighter fluid on any sticky residue after you've got the stickers off will destroy the glue and you can just wipe it off.
