Just got back from Donington, Ollie did a 1.15sec lap in practice for time attack, nearly 3 sec quicker than anyone else and also 3 sec quicker than last year, don`t know if Zen are there, never saw there car out, some quick cars there though....

Hope you can give some updates tomorrow. I will miss the TA as I'm hillclimbing, but the Zen car is supposed to be there with a new demon driver.

Graham, yes mate i`ve just had a text off a mate that`s still there, Zen`s car is there but it never went out for qualifying whilst i was there, there was a quick P1 Aswell 500 + BHP, i was really impressed with Olie`s car though, it bloody flies mate....

 

Is it the Gobsmacker?

more to it than bhp, didnt an evo have "900bhp" last year and litchfield beat them with "600"? just goes to show how things move on.

Very true, good suspension setup is important too, braking etc....

Just make sure you park infield, or go in a different car, look at my other post i`ve just put up...

 

There were two timed practice sesions.

In the first practice the ZEN Performance car was fastest, with a 1:15.5s, the RCM car was 2nd fastest with a 1:15.8s, next was a very quick elise with a 1:15.9s.

In the second timed practice sesion the Zen Car didnt run, RCS improved their time to finish on a low 1:15s, the elise didnt improve but still set a 1:16s time.

So at the end of practice it's a Subaru 1 2 with very impresive lap times.

 

Subaru 1 & 2, very nice too.
