Question Is there a market for new Scooby exhausts?

Hello All,

I'm taking delivery on Friday of my third new Scoob and it's having PPP fitted. It doesn't seem right leaving the brand new exhaust that's been replaced with the dealer when it belongs to me so does anybody know if there's a market for new, standard WRX exhausts?

Thanks,

Paul.

You could always put it up for sale in the FS section. Someone will be after one. As for price

Totally agree, why should you leave it with the dealer
to sell 'privately' and make a wee profit ?? It belongs
to you after all. Get it home, get it on ebay, makes sense

I took my MY03 STi exhaust and tried to sell it for a small amount, ended up having to give it away.

Thanks for the advice guys, I think that while it pains me to leave the 'old' exhaust with the dealer I won't get much, if anything for it anyway.

Cheers, Paul.

Mine is sitting in the garage. It wasnt until I got home that I noticed the dealer had put all the old parts in the boot.

I'd try and swap it at the dealers for anything........Car Mats, SWRT stuff such as t-shirts, hats etc ...... saves you keeping it in your garage !

I managed to sell my old standard exhaust (from a classic), but that was because I answered an ad in the Wanted section.

That sounds like a master plan, as i couldn't even give my newage STi backbox away. It ended up finding the skip.

Managed to give my 03STi BB away. Sadly they are indeed worthless.
