Have you tried FR Pulleyn at York? - they used to be a main dealer, but I think they are just a Subaru Service centre now. Used them a few times without any problems.

I have also used SG Petch who did a good job - and were cheapest around for a major service.

Just had mine done at chapmans of Pickering (main dealer) 60k small service £117 inc vat but i provided the oil as i didnt want the cheap stuff they use so i saved a bit that way.reasonable service and a good price i thought.
