I'm such a noob!
... Quite literally! Hey everyone, thought I'd pop by and say hi.
I currently drive a '92 Rover 220 Coupe in Nordic blue (horrible I know) but it's on its final legs and after serving me well for over a year. I'm looking for a change.
I've got a VERY nice quote on a classic Impreza Sport 5dr and am on the lookout for one at the moment. Just got a couple of questions.
Is there anything to look out for when buying? Also, does anyone have any pics of the smoked lexus lights on a 5dr? My friend has the Rover 200 versions on his Coupe, and I must say they do look quite nice, (ad much brighter than std, but that's not hard) so was wondering if anyone has fitted them and what they look like.
Thanks guys.
Peace

I would like a turbo, but being 20 (less than a month to 21) having 0 NCD (but pass plus) and having 1 non-fault accident on your record doesnt help insurance matters.
I'm more after a good reliable car that has a bit more image, and the Sport is that. It's also cheaper to insure than my Rover, with the added bonus of being able to actually fit people in the back..

You're probably looking at a Phase 1 Sport then. My son has a Phase 2 sport (1999 onwards) that he is selling. Get yourself over to .:ImprezaSport.net:. and have a nosy at the others cars.

Only 2... I had a mint 1997/P 1.6 Coupe in Amaranth, lowered, big 'zorst and ZR hairpins, was great... Then some stupif f***tard shunted me with his VW transporter and my Coupe got written off. Now I have this one, and had it for over a year. It's an absolute **** though. Big ally racing rad though.. very handy for keeping water temps down.
