I have a MY99 Type R and I was driving along a country road in the dry with the diff set one notch up from 'free' and I don't know if I hit a hole in the road, but there was a loud bang as if I'd hit a pothole checked the wheels etc all ok. Also is it ok to use it in the dry??

Then hopefully no coinsidence I changed the diff back to 'free' position and the bottom light doesn't illuminate now all the rest do when you move the wheel and the lock comes on then goes off after 2 seconds when you turn the ignition on, no lights flasing etc.

Any ideas why the bottom light doesn't work now please??

are you sure you havent done something to your suspension, it just might be a loose wirer, have you had it on the computer, that might be your best bet hope that helps
