Default EXHAUST

out in my scooby today with the removable bung out of my exhaust and i thought i would give it abit cause it sounds alot better with it out but i noticed it seems quite abit slower than it did with the bung in anyone know why i thought it was the other way round thanks in advance

It should be the other way round. The bung causes restriction.

this is corect yes it should be other way round i make zorst for a job,i just had my own car on a dyno and tryed it in and out ( all together now shake it all about )
its a 4 1/2 bhp drop with it in so it now lives in the garage

Has the car been properly mapped. If not the ECU might be reacting adversly to something with the bung out.

it hasn't been mapped yet i bet this is what the problem is thanks for the replies better get it mapped i reckon
