For the same money as a Subaru?
You are not being very specific. A new model, an MY06, 05, 04, 03 ??
Depends on your budget
To be honest for £26k I would rather buy a superior NEW S3 rather than a dated new MY07 STI. If we go to the lower rungs of the ladder I would rather buy a Skoda Fabia vRS than an MY03 Impreza (same cash £11k). Okay the Impreza has the edge 0-60 but put bluefin or AMD on the vRS and midrange it would struggle to keep pace with it AND it's a diesel
So its the handling that counts? What, when you are hammering around a tight corner only to be confronted by a lazy tractor
Real world performance is the thing that counts in Bluto's book
