I own a 2004 Impreza WRX and live in the midlands. I phoned my local Subaru dealer today to book my car in for its 30,000 mile service and they said it woul be £457 including VAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What should a 30,000 mile service cost at a Subaru dealer or specialist.
Thanks for your help

Yip, that sounds about right for a 30,000 dealer service (if its the same as a 60,000 mile service, which i think it is)
It's basically an entire fluid change for the car.

Oh - if your an SIDC member you get a reasonable discount from most main dealers. Think my 60,000 ended up being £420ish (and I got a 06 2.5l WRX Wagon as a courtesy car
)

Got mine done through a friend and cost me £200.
All I supplied was the Engine oil, Air Filter and Sparkplugs and he did the rest, all to procedure.
Could'nt grumble at that

I was quoted the same for a 30,000 mile main dealer service.
Your car is nearly out of warranty anyway, so why pay as much as that?
I got the same service for £250 from :-
AS Performance - Rally Motorsport Specialists
Don't know if they're anywhere near you, but really good guys and highly recommended.

Call API in Warwick there are many references to them on here. They are the best in the midlands and totally trustworthy. Sorry that they are not in NI where I've now moved to.
My 30k with new wiper blades was under £300 last year. If you go down on a Sat you should get one of ther complimentary bacon rolls as well !!!
Give them a ring.
