WRX compared to Porsche 911
#1
Autocars 30,000 mile report on the WRX heaped the following praise on the Rex:
WRX is the best damped tool on the sensible side of a Porsche 911
At m-way speeds, engine noise was imperceptible, wind noise minimal, and the ride superb.
In 28,000 miles in our care Rex didn't develop a single squeak or rattle!!!!!!!!!!
No other car on Autocars test fleet matched its mix of pace, grip, pinpoint steering and impeccable refinement.
The only criticisms were feeble headlamps, spongy brakes and the looks, all of which of course can be improved.
Me thinks it is time to order a new shape Scoob. Shall I buy a Euro Sti or a Scoobysport WRX?

If you import a new STI from europe you'll save yer self some dosh.
Scoobysport WRX can be modded to your taste. But with the STI you get some pukka STI bits.ie engine with VVt bigger intercooler, two lsd's six speed gearbox etc.So I think I would take the STI as a euro import.
