Eeek - that's serious fluid overload
Glad you managed to rescue your Scoob though! - Might be worth trading it in for a 'proper' 4x4
Scenes like this a few years back near where my parents live were one of the things that prompted me to get a Land Rover Discovery. - The only things that could get in & out of some of the local villages were big 4x4s...

Get serious floods down my neck of the woods every year, which is one reason for owning a nice big 4x4 woohoo! Always carry towing gear, got to do my part to help save face for 4x4 drivers lol..

Gazza: maybe you need to change your location to "Soggy Sheffield"?
Where I live, in truly sunny Scunny, my house is 2m above sea level, and only a mile from the River Trent, and 8 miles from the River Humber.
We didn't get flooded............this time
Trent was touch and go at high tide, apparently.

So who was the guy sat on the scoob on BBC news just now? Looked like only a couple of inches away from the roof!

Heard some guy on the radio saying that a car had just gone floating pass his front window. Madness. Imagine the poor guy who's car it was, "could have sworn I parked it here!"
