Now thats got your attention, just wondering if any one has one of these Prodrive Gear *****?, how easy they are to fit, and how they feel changing gear etc.
Many Thanks

eeerrrrmmmm unscrew old one take off, i think eeerrrrmmmmm yes thats right. Then you must rember to do the same when fitting new one, i think you have to turn the other way. Thats will be anticlock wise to undo and clock wise to put back on.
hope this helps

Best place to source one is wanted/for sale forum on here or fleabay.
As an alternative have a look at the momo race air available from halfrauds - either full leather or half leather/half alloy (cold in winter on your little hands)
Car Gear ***** Momo Gear **** Race Airl from Halfords Price £45.99
To fit these unscrew the old one and this one has plastic collars to ensure your **** doesnt wobble and a grub screw allen key jobby to hold it firmly around the shaft.

I`ve got one on my STI, easy to fit (screw old one off, screw new Prodrive one on). It`s defo better feeling when changing gear, wouldn`t go back to original. IMO it`s a must have!

i've got a black prodrive one, dead easy change (hardest bit is getting the 'P' badge sticker lined up right!!) nice and smooth feel and surprisingly not slippy with sweaty hands (****, sweaty hands. sounds right dodgy that)
downside is it gets bastid cold to hold and it hasn't even had a winter yet but strangely doesn't get hot which i thought it would do
