Default sti7, genome suspension

Getting fed up with my knocking shocks. I can get my hands on a set of jap spec genome suspension (springs, shocks and top mounts). Will it be worth replacing the suspension with this stuff? Will it get rid of the knocking that driving me crazy?
cheers

Depends on how quick you want them and as for knocking, they have to be better.

To be honest mate if i was you i would go for coilovers.

I have a 400bhp STI and sometimes mine knocks slightly when going slow over bumps.

Wouldnt bother paying £475 for second hand suspension.

I have found a contact who can get D2 coilovers for around £600 which is very good with most spring ratings, im thinking about going for them as Tein and AST's are about £800-£900

Good coilovers but only height adjustable, you cant adjust the stiffness
