Default Tinkling front nearside

Have developed a tinkling from front nearside, any ideas???

possibly brake pads are low ??? had the similar sort of thing with mine where on the way out and wondered what the hell is was at first. Little markers on the pads that when they get low these little metal markers lightly touch the disk and thats what was making my Tinkling noise

Mine does that even with new brake pads in, i have drilled and grooved disks and its turned out to be the noise of the pads running over the grooves.
