Default sti 9 i/c

hi, a guy is selling an sti9 intercooler thats come off an '03' impreza. i was wondering if this would fit straight on my99 classic uk turbo? if not how much work is involved?

How much difference is there between the standard classic i/c and this sti9 i/c in terms of size and cooling capabilities? im looking to be running about 320bhp so would this be adequate as i dont fancy fitting a fmic.

Also is £200 a good price to pay for this?

Rip his arm off at £200 if it is a pukka newage STi i/c. Does it come with the Y piece?
Not a straight fit but not too bad if you're technically minded, so they say
