As above. My paid for itself in less than two years of saved money, it was fitted by the dealer at cost (older Newage) for the Monitor System. The better spec Horizon System is also available too.

yup, owner should have a certificate of instalation. if not, as already said, a call to trackstar should confirm the fitting.

sometimes a bit of a headache getting your name on the ownership, god knows why. i've never had to try so hard to give someone money in all my life!!

great on the phone, but bloody awful at sending out subscription forms

Yeap ! not wrong there , they told me to fax the form and send it back , so i said "i wont get charged twice will i " " no they said , it cant happen cause it goes against your reg " so they charged me twice !! took a month to get it back after getting nasty with them and complaining to subaru customer services .
Good luck !! you'll need it

And there sh*te on the phone.

Hi guys. Just want to agree with the peeps who say that they are a pain in the butt to deal with. Being a new owner of a WR1 and wanting to update names etc, You wouldn't believe how hard it is to a. Ring them.... and b. Give them money !
Rather than go through the automated phone saga, try ringing this number to get you through to reception--ie a human being !! 01234-759000 then you can ASK for customer service.
