We had our first taste of the heavy rain in Berkshire today (nothing like as bad as in Yorkshire) with water rising up about 3ft in places.
Unfortunately some car drivers thought that it was a reason to park there cars in it
With Mercs, Fords etc abandoned the scoob went through the water with ease, although not being able to see the kerbs was a worry.
What a quality car

Loads of cars in Hull were just abandoned by the side of the road when it was bad. Lots of knackered engines too due to people driving through too deep water. My neighbour's BMW 320d for example. Not sure if the Impreza boxer engine is more immune. I would have thought it may be more at risk due to sitting quite low in the engine bay???
