Just thought I'd mention that I received the usual excellent service from "Special Scoobies" in Colchester yesterday.

Full 90,000 mile service carried out plus brake pads all round and new front disks for just under £500, not too bad I thought.

I too have had work done there. They are great bunch of guys and really know their stuff. Prices are so much better, makes the car more affordable, well more to spend on fuel .

Do you know if they do MOT's?

Not sure about MOTs, I doubt they do it on site, but they may well take it somewhere for you if you combined it with a service.

Still aint been down there and had look. Saw the bloke who runs it stopped by the side of the road in a P1 a while back, i pulled over to see if he was ok as the bonnet was up and he was adjusting the manual boost controller under the bonnet

All seemed to be ok as we had a nice run down past the zoo
