Hi i'm after getting a blobeyed impreza STI-PPP in the next few months and am gonna start going to garages to look at a few, and maybe blag a few test drives . Just looking for a buyers guide put togeather by you lot so i can start looking out for some of the things that might affect the 2003/04 models so by the time i come to get one i can spot the usual niggles a mile off

 

Check out the rear suspension

Mines been replaced twice now

 

not much really pretty bomb proof, just the usaul fluids check, no dodgy noises or repairs check all gears engage smoothly and cluth feels ok with no slipping and like phil says, check the rear suspension over uneven road for nocking.
