Pull the rubber cover off the centre (I'm assuming its a Nardi steering wheel?) then loosen the central bolt but DO NOT fully remove it, as you will **** yourself in the face with the steering wheel when you try to pull it off
Once it is completely loose, remove the bolt fully and lift the wheel off, job done!
