at full throttle, i can hear the turbo stuttering. It sort of sucks and stops sucks and stops litterally about 5 to 10 times a second. You cant feel it and as far as i can see from the gauge the boost is staying constant.

is it literally just the wastegate opening and shutting to control the boost. Only tends to happen when pulling hard in 4th 5th and 6th from low down.

Thats normal , as it's the boost valve duty cycling the wastegate to keep the boost under control . You'll hear it more if using a cone filter .
